THE ROLE

Due to a new client win as part of their ongoing global business development strategy, we are now recruiting multiple roles for a new healthcare client of theirs including a Senior Project Manager. With a focus on congress attendance, ad boards, investigator meetings and stand alone meetings, the events delivered will be varied and the role of Senior Project Manager will focus on the end to end delivery. Some of the roles will be based within the client's offices, depending on the account.

The role will cover:

Key stakeholder management within the client
Briefing the teams and running the more complex events
Contracting and negotiating with venues and suppliers
Large scale budget management and reconciliation
Managing 3rd party suppliers
Ensuring smooth delegate registration process
Overseeing a Project Manager and Project Executive
Continuous client management and updates
On-site event management (international travel)

THE CANDIDATE

Currently working either within an agency delivering large scale pharmaceutical congresses and stand alone events, or within an in-house pharma client team, you will be able to demonstrate full project management of a range of events. With a strong understanding of the compliance surrounding the industry including ABPI and European compliance within pharma, you will be passionate about delivering high profile events for some of the top names in the industry and keen to develop your career with a great agency!
