Providing full event management and production, they work across a wide range of industry sectors delivering events including conferences, press launches, awards ceremonies, exhibitions and incentive programmes both in the UK and internationally.

THE ROLE

 

Due to the growth of major accounts and additional new business wins they are now looking to appoint a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their team and work across their accounts, successfully delivering large scale, high-end global exhibits.

 

Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Managing, planning and delivering a variety of exhibitions across the year

  • Maintaining the client relationship

  • Assisting with all content related aspects of the project

  • Liaising with internal design, production and creative teams

  • Inputting into all interactive and digital elements of the project

  • Managing and developing relationships with external suppliers

  • Contractor management

  • Budget management and cost tracking

  • On-site event management, including overseeing stand installation

 

THE CANDIDATE

 

Candidates must have a proven capability of managing and delivering exhibitions and should ideally come from an agency or exhibition design and build company. Candidates must be comfortable liaising with internal design and creative teams and have a strong knowledge of production processes for interactive details, video and digital elements as well as design and build. Any exposure of working on exhibitions in the healthcare sector or financial services would be ideal but is not essential for this role. Candidates must be client facing and have a flexible approach combined with the passion and drive to join of one the leading agencies!
