Covering a variety of sectors including pharmaceutical/medical, IT and financial services they deliver outstanding events across the UK and internationally.

Due to their ongoing success, they are now seeking a passionate and proactive individual to come on board to work with several of their pharmaceutical/ healthcare clients. In addition, this role will involve managing a small team.
Key responsibilities include:
*Taking detailed client briefs
*Compliance relating to Pharmaceutical/Healthcare guidelines
*Undertake site inspections (UK & Overseas)
*Oversee design and creation of registration websites
*Detailed event itineraries
*Create onsite documentation for colleagues, suppliers and clients
*Onsite management (occasionally)
*Full financial reconciliation
Candidates must have a solid background in delivering events for pharmaceutical/ medical clients including full budget management and reconciliation. The successful candidate must be familiar with pharmaceutical/medical compliance and have proven experience managing such events end to end. It is essential that candidates also have prior experience in managing a team.
