SALES/OFFICE MANAGER - EVENT SUPPLIER

This specialist event supplier is well known for providing a range of catering, furniture and interior equipment to impressive clients across the UK & Europe. As Sales Manager you will be responsible for acting as the first point of call for incoming enquiries from a range of potential clients/accounts.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Acting in a very customer service capacity
* Following up on enquiries via telephone and email
* Understanding a clients requirements
* Producing quotes and suitable solutions
* Negotiating on pricing
* Up-selling to the client effectively
* Collecting post-event feedback
The ideal candidate must have proven experience within an events supplier company or a venue. You will be confident in a customer facing position and be able to pro-actively up-sell.
You will be organised, passionate and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
