Highly regarded within the industry, this full service event agency are recognised for delivering phenomenal campaigns and live events, with worldwide offices that support their global client base.

Healthcare is hugely important in their portfolio and they work with some of the top pharmaceutical companies, delivering projects such as product launches, congresses, publications, stand design and much more!

Due to their growth and success, the team are now seeking an Event Co-ordinator to come on board and provide support across the board for one of their key accounts. THE ROLE

Working across global congresses, your responsibilities as Event Co-ordinator will include:

Supporting across the team
Liaising with internal teams
Ensuring communication across departments
Supplier liaison and management
Event administration including ensuring event documentation is up to date and compliant
Managing appropriate confirmation documentations to all third party suppliers and internal support services involved with the project
Cost tracking
Onsite support

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal applicant will have had previous experience of supporting a team within an event agency and ideally have proven experience of liaising directly with clients. Experience of supporting across congresses is high desirable. High levels of IT proficiency is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Candidates must be organised and have a strong administrational skills. Any exposure to the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector would be an added benefit but is not essential for this role.
