RMG16214 - We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join an established and growing creative event production agency based in London.

THE COMPANY

Based in London, this creative production agency is specialists in the planning and delivery of a wide range of creative and innovative events and experiential projects. With an unrivalled portfolio of client across the automotive, fashion, retail, technology and telecoms industries they produce events including conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, incentive travel, award shows and media events across the UK and overseas.

Offering full event services they have large an in-house team of experts across strategy, events management, production and video - working on creative concepts and managing the full event lifecycle.

This agency can give you the chance to work within a friendly and hardworking team, where no two days will be the same! Based in London, they are accessible on public transport.

THE ROLE

Due to an internal restructure and continued business growth, this agency are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team where you will be responsible for the management of relationships within a portfolio of client accounts, and the delivery of a wide range of both B2B and B2C events.

As a Senior Account Manager your key responsibilities will includes;

  • Managing and developing strong client relationships across key client accounts
  • Taking client briefs and managing the creative response
  • Developing new ideas and concepts
  • Producing proposals and pitching for new business
  • Overseeing and managing events from brief through to delivery
  • Briefing and managing internal creative and production teams
  • Managing and reporting on budgets
  • Sourcing and managing suppliers and venues
  • Managing and coaching an Account Executive

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Senior Account Manager role we are looking for candidates that have experience working within an events, production or experiential agency. You will have experience in client relationship management and have worked across a mix of both B2B and B2C events and experiential projects. An understanding of production would be highly advantageous.
