SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER - INCENTIVES AND EVENTS AGENCY
Join one of the nicest agencies in the North West! We are seeking experienced Event Managers and Senior Account Managers to join this rapidly growing agency who are going from strength to strength!
With so far totally organic growth, this brilliant and highly regarded events agency is treading a successful path and has ambitious plans to continue. Established by some of the best talent in the business, and with excellent customer service at the heart of the agency, they deliver high end global incentives, conferences and some exhibitions for a range of blue chip and SME's. From a VIP incentive to Marbella for a group of 50 pax through to a complex week long incentive to Las Vegas for over 300 pax the list is endless and destination knowledge is woven into the fabric of the business. Nurturing a culture where the team looks out for one another and the atmosphere is happy and friendly - personality fit is key for them and their clients.
Now at a pivotal point in their business plan they have established a marketing and strategy team to help broaden their client base and drive sales even further and are therefore recruiting strong senior level candidates to help bolster the team. We are interested in talking to any agency candidates with experience of delivering a broad mix of events, with capable account management and new business skills as well as experience of mentoring or leading a team.
You will be involved in a wide range of areas including:
* Mentoring and developing more junior team members
* Managing client relationships ensuring growth and repeat business
* Networking across client accounts naturally
* Taking and interrogating briefs
* Pulling together pitch responses with the internal team
* Leading on large scale and complex events
* Attending site visits and fam trips
* Budget management and reconciliation
* Coordinating post event feedback
As a senior member of the team you will lead from the front and due to the size of the agency be expected to get stuck in when the teams are busy with a supportive attitude.
Agency experience is pretty essential to join this business, we would consider Account Managers stepping up right through to Senior Account Managers and ideally you will be able to demonstrate strong global events experience as well as being naturally client facing. Personality is incredibly important and embodying the values of the business which include being honest and fun!
