SHEQ MANAGER - EVENTS & EXHIBITIONS

Our client is now looking for an experienced SHEQ Manager to join the team in their Midlands based office. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing processes that will achieve and surpass legal requirements.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Maintaining regulations to exceed legal thresholds for compliance
*Working in partnership with key stakeholders
*Observing and engaging with employees, senior management and exec team
*Developing, maintaining and reviewing safety processes and procedures
*Creating RAMS and legal documents
*Auditing activity to ensure implementation of processes
*Providing training programmes to improve safety results
*Assisting with budget management and cost reductions
The ideal candidate will have proven experience and success working within a SHEQ Manager position. Whilst experience within the events industry would be beneficial other backgrounds will be considered. IOSH, NEBOSH and IEMA qualifications will be required.
