RMG16177 - We are looking for a Technical Crew & Equipment Manager to join one of the leading events venues based in the West Midlands.

They are now looking for a Technical Crew & Equipment Manager to join their team where you will manage, develop and lead the Technical Crew & Equipment team across two venues, ensuring departmental financial targets are achieved, whilst ensuring the business has the right mix of technical skilled crew & equipment to be able to execute all events, as well as providing outstanding levels of customer service.
Key responsibilities include;
- Supporting the Head of Technical Production and Production Managers
- Managing and leading a team
- Recruiting and scheduling crew for each event
- Mentoring and allocating resource to the Crew Coordinator
- Ensuring that all H&S documentation is maintained
- Adhering to policies and procedures
- Managing all in-house kit and ensuring that it is maintained
- Developing and managing project budgets
To be considered for this Technical Crew & Equipment Manager we are looking for candidates that have knowledge and experience of working within the events industry, ideally from within a technical, AV or production background. If you have venue operations experience, this would be advantageous.
