We are now seeking an experienced Venue Finder to join this fun loving a vibrant team. Working closely with the in-house logistics team, you will help to deliver venue searches for key clients across a variety of events, with key responsibilities to include:
* Taking client enquiries
* Venue sourcing throughout UK
* Rate negotiations with venues
* Fam trips
* Database management
* Working to processes and timeframes
* Preparation of costing proposals
* Confirmation of bookings
* Keeping updated on local venue and industry trends
Candidates must be familiar with event support including venue finding and event administration as well as have excellent negotiation skills be highly organised and confident in your approach
If you are a proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload then we need you!
