Offering a broad spectrum of services to include event management, venue finding, delegate management, AV, set & staging services, stage & exhibition set design their client base includes some of the largest businesses in the world!
Based in London they delivering a broad range of international events such as conferences, VIP dinners and awards ceremonies as well as some fun and exciting sporting and hospitality events for up to 1000pax!
The Event Administrator / Venue Finder will join a core team to deliver some great events for their already dedicated client base. You will be responsible for providing full assistance and administrative support to the team in all aspects of the events and enquiries.
Working closely with the Director you will get involved in:
* Taking client enquiries
* Venue sourcing throughout UK
* Rate negotiations with venues
* Fam trips
* Database management
* Working to processes and timeframes
* Preparation of costing proposals
* Confirmation of bookings
* Keeping updated on local venue and industry trends
The ideal candidate will have worked within an event management agency or corporate environment previously and have worked on a variety of events.
Candidates must be familiar with event support including venue finding and event administration as well as have excellent negotiation skills be highly organised and confident in your approach
