With a pedigree in delivering a host of large scale events on a truly global scale, this is the agency to work for! Their client base is the who's who of healthcare clients and they touch all areas of the events spectrum from small meetings to ad boards to global congresses and everything in between. Due to some exciting and on-going growth they are now seeking to grow the team with a Venue Finding Executive.
Due to their continued growth they are know looking for a Venue Finder to join their close knit passionate team. Responsibilities are broad and include:
*Taking on and developing briefs
*Venue sourcing across the UK and internationally
*Liaising with clients and maintaining relationships
*Supplier and venue liaison and negotiation
*Continually enhancing your product knowledge on national and international venues
*Travelling for inspection trips and venue visits
The ideal candidate will hold strong experience in venue finding in the UK and internationally. Candidates must have experience with liaising with venues and suppliers and have a strong desire to develop their knowledge of venues. Most importantly, the ideal candidate should be career motivated and passionate to propel their career within an events agency.
