VENUE FINDING MANAGER

Due to the continued development of the company, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Venue Finder to join the fun-loving team.
This role will involve working across some of their largest venue find projects and duties will include:
- Venue sourcing (throughout the UK and Overseas)
- Liaising with hotels and suppliers
- Coordinating and arranging site visits
- Attending FAM trips
- Preparing proposals - giving multiple venue options to the client
- Negotiating rates with venues
- Keeping updated on venue and industry trends
- Administration support
To be considered for this Venue Finder role we are looking for candidates are experienced in venue finding for events, ideally on an international basis. A strong passion for the events industry and the drive and motivation to work within a first class events company are key!
