So, how does it work?
It’s simple! Just pass our details on and ask them to call us (mentioning you referred them), or send their contact details to us and we’ll get in touch. If we then go on to place them in a role within six months, you’ll bag £350 for permanent candidates or £150 for freelance / contract candidates, paid straight into your account. It really is that easy!
The simple rules
- The candidate must not already be registered with us. After all, if they are there’s a good chance we would have placed them in a role without your referral.
- If we place them in a permanent role you get the £350 paid straight into your account within five days of them starting the new position. If they’re freelance, they’ll need to have worked the equivalent of 12 weeks before payment is made.
- The person you refer must be placed within six months of registration.
- If the same person is introduced by more than one person, only the first referrer will qualify for the fee.
