Due to their on-going and successful new business strategy and some exciting new client wins; we are now recruiting for a new Project Director to be based at the agency and oversee teams within their client's offices. Events delivered will be varied and the role of Project Director will focus on the client implementation, management and leading a successful team to deliver wide ranging events.
The role will cover:
◦Working with the client from initial on-boarding stage
◦Implementing processes and SLAs
◦Managing a team of Project Managers and Project Executives
◦Maintaining excellent relationships with venues and suppliers
◦Large scale budget management and reconciliation
◦Continuous client management and overseeing account growth
-On-site event management (international travel)
The ideal candidate must be an expert in delivering pharmaceutical events ideally including congress attendance & stand alones either in an agency or within an in-house pharma client team where you will be able to demonstrate full project management of a range of events. Line management and client development are also key attributes for the role.

HIRE MANAGER - EVENTS

Due to their ongoing expansion, there is now an opportunity for a strong AV Technician / Hire Manager to join their close knit team. The role will develop and oversee their existing Audio Visual Hire team and will directly contribute to the further growth of its business from the outset.
Overseeing the department and working closely with senior management you will get involved in:
Coordinating AV hire and support service
Working with the hire and operations manager to ensure suitable scheduling of logistics
Occasional meetings with clients to discuss their requirements
Sales and marketing to maintain and build on our client base
Website updates for our soon to be launched hire section (training provided)
Assist project managers with aspects of larger events
Occasional deliveries / collections (Full UK driving license required) during busy periods
Other tasks as the business requires
The ideal candidate will need excellent communication skills as they will be dealing directly with end clients, interpreting their AV requirements, specifying the equipment and managing the process from start to finish (booking kit, freelancers, cross hires etc.).

PROJECT MANAGER - EVENTS

Offering a dynamic team environment, international travel opportunities and fantastic scope to be involved in an array of exciting projects they are now looking for a Project Manager to join their team.
Being the main point of contact for clients, the Project Manager is responsible for the full end-to-end delivery of their events, including:
*Managing events from brief through to delivery
*Pitching and presenting to clients
*Taking a full brief and understanding the clients requirements
*Sourcing and contracting venues
*Liaising with external suppliers including DMCs
*Registering delegates on specialised software
*Organising delegate logistics including accommodation, travel and transfers
*Taking full responsibility for the budget
*Ensuring the smooth delivery of events onsite
The ideal candidate should have strong event logistics experience, managing the full end-to-end process. International delivery and event agency experience would be beneficial however candidates from other events backgrounds will be considered.

Working alongside various stakeholders, you will be responsible for managing multiple contacts and deliver high class events across the globe such as conferences, golfing days, dinners and exhibitions.
Based within their Central London office you will have responsibility for event delivery from conception to completion. The role will encompass:
Planning and delivering a range of events across the year
Full event logistics including delegate registration
Overseeing content for exhibition stands
Budget management and reconciliation
Negotiating with suppliers
Candidates must have a proven background in delivering a range of events end to end and ideally have had experience of working on international projects. Exposure to delivering events within the financial sector would be high desirable. Experience in delivering conferences and/ or exhibitions would also be highly desirable. Proven experience of managing and reconciling budgets is essential, as is a great eye for detail.
