Working with both exhibition organisers and event agencies their busy calendar consists of around 25 stands per month and they have delivered a number of award winning exhibition stands to date. THE ROLE
Our client is now looking for a Sales Director to join their team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for the progress of sales across the company.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Developing the sales strategy and marketing plans across the business
*Maintaining communication with key stakeholders and board members
*Taking the lead in new business development
*Being involved in high profile pitches
*Introducing the company to new clients and managing existing relationships
*Attending networking events, liaising with industry bodies and achieving maximum exposure for the company
*Managing marketing agencies to control costs and service levels
*Recruiting, training and leading the sales team
*Conducting appraisals, setting sales targets and monitoring performance of the team
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have previous experience of working at a similar level ideally from within an exhibition design & build or event production agency, however other events backgrounds may be considered. A proven sales record and background in implementing processes and efficiencies within a team as well as experience leading and developing a team are essential to be considered. Candidates must be ambitious, results driven individuals who know how to close a team and lead a team!

Key responsibilities will include:
*Holding overall responsibility over the delivery of projects
*Contributing to the development of business strategy
*Managing the daily planning of production operations
*Ensuring department targets are met on a weekly/monthly basis
*Implementing and reviewing production processes to improve efficiencies
*Coordinating department integration with other internal teams
*Accountability for health & safety processes across the team
*Resource management including hiring staff
*Line management of the team including KPI settings, appraisals, training and development
*Monitoring costs, department budgets and ROI
*Onsite management when required
THE CANDIDATE
Candidate must have previous experience of working in a similar role within an exhibition design & build or event production agency. A proven background in implementing processes and efficiencies within a team as well as experience leading and developing a team are essential to be considered. Candidates must also have a strong commercial awareness and knowledge of build materials and processes.

THE ROLE
The Event Manager is responsible for the organisation and operational aspects of running Conferences and a large Exhibition for the Trade Association.
This role has six key objectives:
To manage the end to end logistics for successful events across all platforms
To transition our core events to meet the demands of the market
To ensure that each event is run within budget, costs are negotiated with suppliers and ensure each P&L is reconciled with our accounts team and that internal policies and procedures are followed
Develop good working relationships with venues, suppliers and members
Maintain close liaison with the marketing and PR and creative team in order to ensure the delivery of successful, attendee focused, events
Secure exhibition stands sales revenue with both new and established UK and international industry specific companies
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates will need to have proven experience of working across a mixture of both conferences and exhibitions. Experience of liaising with members would be ideal.

THE ROLE
Due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for a French Speaking Operations Manager to join their team and be responsible for delivering a portfolio of exhibitions across the year.
A broad role, responsibilities will include:
Managing a range of exhibitions and events across the year
Floorplan production and management
Liaising with internal teams including marketing and sales, regarding catalogue deadlines, onsite floorplans etc.
Liaising with contractors, supplier and exhibitors
Design and production of all feature areas
Health & Safety management (pre-event and onsite)
Supplier liaison and negotiating fees
Implementation and management of internal and external SLA's
Budget management
Producing onsite information including staff briefings, exhibitor lists, floorplans etc.
Onsite management (including the management off staff and contractors onsite)
Post event reporting and analysis
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must be a fluent French speaker and have similar experience gained from working within an exhibitions environment and have a proven background of managing their own exhibitions from brief through to delivery. Candidates must be client facing and would benefit from experience in floor plan production and management, in addition to solid budget management skills. Any line management experience would be an added benefit, as would an IOSH certificate but this is not essential for the role.
