Currently going through an exciting period of growth they are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to come on board and take the lead on exhibitions across the year.
Managing and delivering a range of exhibitions
Client management including keeping them updated with project timelines
Briefing and liaising with internal teams including creative and production
Ordering exhibition materials
Ensuring correct levels of resourcing across projects
Supplier liaison and management
Liaising with exhibition organisers for stand approval and H&S documentation
Managing and developing relationships with external suppliers and contractors
Budget management and cost tracking
On-site event management, including overseeing stand installation
Candidates must have a proven capability of managing and delivering exhibitions and should ideally come from an agency or exhibition design and build company. Candidates must be comfortable liaising with internal design and creative teams as well as co-ordinating with internal build teams. Candidates need to be client facing and have a flexible approach combined with the passion and drive to join one of the leading agencies!

SALES MANAGER - EXHIBITIONS

They now have an opportunity to represent and work for one of their leading exhibitions. An annual 4 day exhibition with over 300 exhibitors and nearly 30,000 exhibitors this show has grown year on year and brings together some of the leading brands within the create and design industries.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle from start to finish! Being new-business driven, you are responsible for making an impression with all new and existing clients, driving exhibition sales.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Following up on new business leads as well as retaining any existing business
* Proactively meeting prospective clients
* Understanding a client's requirements, paying particular attention to detail
* Putting a proposal together and pitching back to the client
* Managing your own diary through regularly meeting with clients
* Attending similar networking events and trade shows
* Tailoring the packages to suit each individual client need
* Retaining existing business year on year
* Consistently achieving and exceeding set sales targets
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in new business development and account management within the event industry. Ideally, this candidate will have come from an exhibition sales or sponsorship background however this is not essential. Candidates who have experience or a passion for contemporary design, creative industries, technology or culture are particularly desirable but again, not essential.

There is now a unique opportunity for a Resource Manager to join their team where you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of internal and external resource, maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of resourcing live projects and to build a strong pool of freelancers.
Working closely with the team, the Resource Manager will:
Resource plan in line with new business wins
Build a bank of freelance support
Manage workload and scheduling of event, production and creative teams
Actively manage the internal resource for the production team ensuring jobs are allocated correctly and in line with capacity and client's needs
Develop and agree processes for project quotation, business review and quality assurance
Find ways to improve and refine internal process
Promote the company both internally and externally
Reporting to the company board on the business achievements
The ideal candidate should have experience within the events industry, either from an event or production agency with specific emphasis on the scheduling and the management of resources.
This role would suit a Producer or Event Manager who understands the agency environment and is now keen to move into a senior but more office based role where there would be minimal travel involved.

PRODUCTION MANAGER - EVENTS AGENCY
We are working with a creative events agency based in London who are looking for a Production Manager to join their team and support in the delivery of a range of exciting, innovative and creative events.
Based in London, this growing events agency work with some of the world's leading brand names to create memorable experiences and entertainments through events and interactive campaigns. Working with a broad range of clients they work with clients including Google, Nokia John Lewis and Red Bull.
Delivering creative events including activations, immersive experiences, experiential, conferences and product launches across the UK and internationally.
Based in their London office, you will work within a close-knit and friendly team who have a work hard, play hard attitude. This agency prides themselves on their creativity, and has a hard-working and ambitious team.
Due to expansion within the events team, they are looking for an Event Production Manager with a background in events to join their team. You will be an idea's person, who loves coming up with innovative and creative ideas as well as having strong attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include;
*Reporting into the Senior Production Manager
*Liaising directly with clients
*Managing the full end to end technical production of events
*Managing production budgets and timelines
*Managing and negotiating with external suppliers including AV suppliers
*Carrying out site visits

*Creating and reading CAD plans (AutoCAD)
*Adhering to Health and Safety regulations
*Overseeing build and managing events on-site
To be considered for this Event Production Manager role, you will be working as a Production Manager from within an event or production agency, or a Project Manager from a technical supplier to the events industry. Experience with AutoCAD is a bonus! You will have proven experience in managing your own events from brief through to delivery, whilst ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget and to client's needs and expectations.
