This is a broad role that includes:
* Developing and executing marketing campaigns in line with targets
* Writing and proofreading creative commercially driven copy
* Researching, analysing and reporting on marketing activities
* Ensuring all digital channels are updated with engaging copy
* Managing event websites
* Following up on delegate leads and converting these to sales
* Devising and presenting new marketing ideas and strategies
Candidates should have similar experience gained from working within a conference organiser, training provider, association or similar marketing experience. The role also calls for a creative thinker across all marketing channels and ideally some previous sales experience.

JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER - EVENT STAFFING AND PERFORMANCE
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Account Manager to join a dynamic and forward thinking event staffing and performance company based in the heart of Manchester.
This leading agency work globally on a number of trade and exhibition shows offering their clients expert advice and staffing solutions for a number of projects. With 70% of what they do being overseas, you will have the opportunity to travel across the world and be a part of a close knit team who offer a fantastic culture and loads of scope to progress within the business.
Now looking to grow their team by recruiting a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for taking initial client enquiries, ensuring a smooth and transparent delivery of their projects whilst maintaining an outstanding level of customer service.
As Junior Account Manager your duties will include;
*Taking client briefs, remaining their main point of contact throughout
*Promoting the companies services to any prospect clients
*Dealing with any pre event preparation
*Supporting with the recruitment of temporary staffing
*Reviewing applications and conducting interviews
*Utilising the opportunity to upsell company services to new and existing clients
*Supporting with company strategy, planning and the development of new business
The successful candidate must have experience of working in an events or marketing role preferably within an agency capacity. A keen interest in business, marketing or events is essential.
