In this busy role you will act as the main point of client contact, collaborating with and coordinating all internal and external stakeholders and be responsible for heading up a magical & significant event.
Key responsibilities will include:
-Being the main point of contact for clients, sub-contractors and suppliers
-Overseeing the set-up of event
-Organising event logistics and operations
-Making recommendations to improve onsite policies/procedures
-Making recommendations to maximise event profitability
-Working closely with stakeholders and concessionaries
-Ensuring all activity complies with relevant policies, health & safety and legislation
-Monitoring performance of sub-contractors
-Providing detailed event analysis throughout the event
-Overseeing the breakdown of event onsite
To be considered for this position you will be experienced in delivering complex events ideally from a festival, large scale venue or outdoor event environment. We are looking for candidates who thrive within a fast paced, onsite environment and you will need to have the ability to work in a changing environment and respond effectively to problems and high pressured scenarios. Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen are essential. An understanding of health & safety best practice and an insight into catering and/or hospitality for events would be beneficial.

Due to continued growth there is now a need for an experienced Account Manager to join their close-knit team. A broad role, responsibilities include:
* Client and account management
* Taking briefs directly from clients (and the wider agency)
* Supporting clients on messaging and advising what is possible
* Providing quotes and costings to clients
* Gathering assets from the client including brand guidelines and content
* Delivering projects end to end
* Working closely with freelancers including presentation designers and copy writers
* Managing the design schedule
* Managing the client relationship throughout including communicating timelines and progress
* Managing multiple events and clients concurrently
* Budget management
Candidates must have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for presentation design and creativity and any experience in this area would be an added benefit. Strong client management skills are essential as you will be required to manage the client relationship throughout. Experience in taking briefs, creating proposals and managing freelance designers would be an added benefit as would a background in presentation design or similar. Candidates would be preferred from a branding, marketing or PR agency although other backgrounds would be considered.
Currently a remote based role candidates must have a good home set up with solid broadband capacity.
