A broad role, responsibilities include:• Client and account management• Taking and interpreting briefs from both new and existing clients• Working with clients to understand key content messages and themes• Creating proposals and pitching for business• End to end event management• Client management and communication including managing expectations• Personally leading the delivery of smaller events and supporting AD’s in the delivery of larger events – Live / virtual / hybrid• Working closely with internal teams (including content and production) and external suppliers • Managing multiple events and clients concurrently• Budget management and reconciliationTHE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate should ideally come from an event or production agency and have a proven background of project and client management including taking and interpreting briefs, proposal creation and pitching to clients. An understanding of production / build would be highly advantageous as would experience of working within the experiential sector on brand activations (within a festival setting). Strong client management skills are key, as is the ability to manage multiple suppliers. Candidates must be willing to travel onsite to manage events. Strong written and verbal communication skills, an eye for detail, and proven ability to work under tight deadlines are also essential, as is a high degree of competence on powerpoint.
