The Role As Senior Delegate Manager you will be have broad duties working across diverse client sectors and projects of varying complexity. Responsibilities include: - Managing the full cycle of delegate registration processes- Working with clients to understand requirements- Building event registration websites & mobile apps- Acting as key point of delegate contact throughout- Collating key logistical information such as rooming, dietary & travel requirements- Preparing and sending delegate communications including confirmations/joining instructions- Producing comprehensive reports and delegate data sheets- Collaborating with internal departments including the project delivery team- Attending onsite at events on occasion- Managing finances and budgets relating to delegate management The Candidate We are looking for candidates who have proven experience within delegate management ideally from within an event agency environment however other delegate registration backgrounds may be considered. We are open to varying experience levels but the successful candidate will ideally be someone with a number of years' experience in a similar role, with a knowledge of Cvent (or another similar CRM system) and an understanding of registration website and/or app build.
