THE ROLE
Now looking to grow their existing team, this agency are looking for an Event Project Director where you will play a key role in developing team members, assisting in the creation of new policies & procedures as well as being hands on in the successful delivery of amazing projects!
This is a fast-paced agency where you will work across a range of projects from roadshows, product launches, corporate events, parties and internal communications.
As Event Project Director you will be responsible for;
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role you will have experience working within an events agency, in a senior role – with experience in working across a range of events. You must have proven experience in delivering events, mentoring more junior team members and will ideally have an understanding of production.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have experience working within an events agency, supporting across a range of events with exposure to client contact and putting together proposals. You must have proven experience in delivering events, assisting with all elements from start to finish. An understanding of production would be advantageous.

- Setting up kick-off meetings for the team
- Oversee the planning process for events
- Scheduling & resource management
- Overall sign off of budgets
- Oversee project teams on-site
- Mentoring & managing teams day to day
