As the business continues to grow both organically and through new client partnerships, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Account / Project Director to lead one of their longest-standing and most strategically important automotive accounts. THE ROLE This role takes ownership of a flagship client relationship within the motorcycle sector, leading strategic account management while remaining hands-on in event delivery. You'll be responsible for maintaining and growing the account, supporting client objectives, shaping proposals and pitches, and ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery alongside internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and nurture senior client relationships- Translate client objectives into clear event strategies- Manage full project lifecycle - from concept and creative briefing to onsite delivery- Oversee budgets, profitability, forecasting, and commercial decision-making- Collaborate with creative, technical, and production teams- Drive organic account growth by identifying new opportunities- Support and mentor team members, fostering collaboration- Contribute to pitches, proposals, and new business conversations- Stay informed on industry trends, market changes and emerging technologies. THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in an events agency environment, ideally with experiential experience. Strong client relationship skills are essential, and an understanding of the automotive sector is highly beneficial.
