With no plans of slowing down any time soon, and further expansion planned - now is an excellent time to embed yourself in this exciting business.Offering an excellent working environment, strong team ethos, great company values, competitive salaries and fantastic career opportunities, this is a leading business to be a part of!  THE ROLE  A fantastic position has now become available for an experienced, passionate and dynamic Delegate Engagement Manager to come on board to deliver a senior delegate audience for 2 leading forums within the business.This is a broad role that includes:  Research and create regular content for marketing channelsIdentify and research other potential channels to reach our delegate audience.Plan & execute a regular email marketing scheduleIdentify the needs & objectives of prospective delegates and explain how the event can meet those needs (via phone or email).Ensure all confirmed delegates are fully aware of how the event works and expectations in terms of how their time will be spent at the event and pre-event information required.Manage a database of c10,000 records on MS Dynamics.Send personalised invitations to prospective attendees via email, LinkedIn messaging and other appropriate channels.Ongoing sourcing of new companies and relevant individuals.Pre-qualify individuals to establish whether they meet the necessary criteria for seniority, budget and company sizeUse database insights to understand the most efficient ways of securing delegates.Be the first point of contact for all delegates and be available to help with any queriesConduct delegate interviews and collect anecdotal feedback.   THE CANDIDATE  Candidates should have similar experience gained from working within the events industry or alike in a sales or marketing capacity.
