Who are we?
We’re an award winning recruitment agency like no other. Our business is built on a collaborative, supportive and socially conscious ethos that allows every person in our team to love what they do, feel supported and achieve more than they ever thought possible.
We are the go to partner for most of the UK's leading creative and experiential agencies (think car launches, award shows, festival activations etc... all the good stuff) and connect exceptional talent to great opportunities.

Hours: We treat our people like adults. Want to come in late? Not a problem. Want to leave early? No worries! It's all about getting work being done and the results speaking for themselves.
Flexible office: Our rather fabulous offices are open all week to every team member, but we generally work from home three days a week. We're a fun team who sees the value in getting together regularly, so you'd need to be able to commute to our central Birmingham office on two set days a week.
Social stuff: We do all kinds of things! Team lunches, dinners, awards (cheesy but fun), team outings, feel good Fridays (we finish at 4:00pm and have a beer), quarterly incentives... And whatever else we feel like.
Holidays: 26 days holiday (plus more each year you're with us) + bank holidays + the option to take another three days unpaid.... Not bad if you ask us!
The environment: Yes there's music playing, fresh fruit and fancy tea flavours plus all the other stuff you'll find in a cool modern office. But what really makes it special is the positive attitude and supportive and happy team.
Doing good: We want our team to make a difference both at work and in society. We offer three paid days per year to each person for charitable work and encourage charitable initiatives, and we're committed to making a substantial annual donation to a charity chosen by the team.
Earning Opportunity: A generous and uncapped commission scheme that pays out when you make a placement. No more waiting for the candidate to start, the invoice to be sent, or Live to be paid. Put the effort in and reap the rewards. Simple.
What do we look for?
First things first: it’s about chemistry. We have a tight team, so you’ll need to be a sociable person who doesn’t take themselves too seriously and can enjoy the friendly office environment we've built.
And second, it's about your experience. There are two routes for anyone joining us: those from a recruitment background and those from the events industry. If your experience is within recruitment then you will need to have specialised in permanent recruitment (at a reasonably senior level) with some good numbers to show for it. If you're from the events industry, we find that the easiest transition is for someone from an events / production / experiential or exhibition background, as these are the areas we tend to focus on.
