They are also open to a more senior level candidate coming onboard. The role will include: -          Managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation-          Driving business development strategy across the company-          Identifying new innovations in the AV industry-          Seeking and securing new business-          Proactively follow through sales leads-          Focusing on new business customer engagement-          Market mapping and research-          Developing and presenting proposals -          Networking with prospective clients-          Maintaining an expert knowledge of the industry THE CANDIDATE You will come from a business development and relationship building background and will have strong technical knowledge from within the events industry. A deep understanding of AV equipment used in event projects as well as how an event is pulled together from a technical standpoint is essential.
