This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Event Project Director to join one of the UK's most trusted names in creative event production. The Role Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Event Project Director to join their event delivery team.This is a broad role where the Event Project Director will take the lead on the delivery of a broad portfolio of corporate events. Responsibilities will include: -          Developing client relationships to establish organic account growth-          Providing creative solutions to a variety of event briefs-          Collaborating with the account management team on proposal development, writing and pitch delivery-          Collaborating with internal departments including production and creative-          Coordinating external suppliers where necessary-          Overseeing operational and logistical delivery of projects-          Holding overall accountability for project delivery from brief to delivery-          Leading effective delivery of projects onsite  The Candidate The ideal candidate for this role will have a background from an event or creative production agency with proven experience of delivering varied corporate projects at a senior level. Candidates must have fantastic skills in client relationship management ideally with evidence of where they have developed existing accounts. You will take ownership of smaller projects while supporting on larger-scale programmes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.- Managing multiple projects simultaneously across live events, conferences and incentives - Owning the full project lifecycle from proposal and budgeting through to delivery and debrief - Onsite project and client management, including conference-led and incentive projects - Collaborating closely with creative teams, production partners and internal stakeholders - Working across sectors, with exposure to pharma projects but not siloed to one disciplineTHE CANDIDATEIn order to be a successful candidate, you must have experience within an agency or fast-paced delivery environment. You will be comfortable working autonomously, managing multiple projects at once and taking full ownership of delivery. Experience within pharma, particularly conference-led projects, would be advantageous but is not essential.
