Reporting to the Production Director, you’ll manage projects end-to-end – from initial concept through to execution – across AV, staging, lighting, and production logistics.As an Event Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for budgets, suppliers, crews, and on-site delivery, ensuring seamless execution at every stage.Key responsibilities include: Developing detailed production plans in collaboration with designSpecifying equipment and managing supplier RFPsCreating schedules, show flows, and run sheetsConducting site visits and venue assessmentsManaging budgets with cost efficiencyScheduling and coordinating crews, suppliers, and logisticsOverseeing on-site setup, rehearsals, live shows, and de-rigTroubleshooting and problem-solving in real timeLeading post-event reviews and improvements The CandidateThe ideal Event Production Manager will bring strong technical knowledge, proven experience in live event production, and excellent organisational skills. Strong client and stakeholder management is key and although candidates must have a broad technical understanding (lighting, AV, build) a solid and proven background of the delivery of projects and working collaboratively with teams in non-negotiable. Strong supplier management skills are essential and ideally candidates will have had experience working on projects internationally.
