Strong client and stakeholder management is key and although candidates must have a broad technical understanding (lighting, AV, build) a solid and proven background of the delivery of projects and working collaboratively with teams in non-negotiable. Strong supplier management skills are essential and ideally candidates will have had experience working on projects internationally.
