This Exhibition Project Manager role will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of each custom build project with responsibilities including:• Taking the initial client brief • End to end project management • Delivering multiple projects simultaneously • Working closely with in-house teams including creative, design and build • Briefing and managing external suppliers and stakeholders • Managing & communicating operating plans including project schedules and design elements • Adhering to health and safety regulations • Managing budgets and overseeing cost management • On-site project management, including overseeing stand installation and break downThe CandidateCandidates should ideally be working in a similar Exhibition Project Manager role for either an exhibition design agency or an event agency delivering exhibition and tradeshow stand projects. Candidates from other project management backgrounds such as experiential, temporary structure or retail build may also be considered. Knowledge of build materials, an understanding of CAD software and an IOSH certificate would be beneficial but are not essential.
