With a heavy focus on virtual and streaming events we are now seeking a client facing Project Manager to join this close-knit team and lead in project delivery.
THE ROLE
Working closely with the Head of Projects the role of Project Manager will lead in project delivery providing end-to-end management for events and projects all over the country. This will include the event management and production of a wide range of live events, from virtual and in- person conferences, seminars, roadshows, exhibitions and award ceremonies.
As the first point of client contact key duties include:
* Client brief taking
* Putting together proposals and pitching to client
* Liaising with internal teams - production, creative, digital etc.
* Liaising with external suppliers
* Managing the client relationship throughout
* Budget management
* On site management
* Client / account management
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will be creative, organised and highly motivated to work as both a self-starter and as part of a larger team working on complex projects. Experience managing virtual and hybrid events and a good working knowledge of virtual meeting and events platforms is desirable.

THE ROLE
As a Digital Project Manager, you are technically minded and responsible for project budgets and schedules, ensuring successful delivery whilst maintaining the quality of output.
The Digital Project Manager / Producer will be responsible for liaising with developers in terms of what is possible and what can be achieved, timelines, budgets etc.
With the ability to manage multiple digital projects at the same time you will get involved in:
* Understanding a client's brief and what they are trying to achieve
* Planning resource and timings to suit ever-changing client requirements
* Communicating to internal stakeholders around all aspects of the digital project lifecycle
* Coordinating with all project teams, including design, development and quality assurance
* Client liaison
* Acting as the primary point of contact and negotiating with digital suppliers
* Budget and timeline management
* Ensuring deliverables are kept on track

The ideal candidate should have strong digital experience, delivering a wide variety of digital projects, ideally from within an agency environment.

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate needs to hold experience of working within an event / production agency in a support capacity; any experience within the healthcare sector would be advantageous but is not essential. Educated to a degree level would be highly desirable as is being computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

With a heavy focus on virtual and streaming events we are now seeking a client facing Head of Projects / Project Director to lead this dynamic team and oversee project delivery.
THE ROLE
As Head of Projects you will lead, manage and develop the projects team to ensure they achieve the highest standards of excellence in all activities. Supporting the team through mentoring, training, and carrying out regular team appraisals you will be an integral member of their senior leadership team.

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a wealth of experience managing people within an events agency ideally.
You will come from a strong project management / delivery background, having worked across a broad range of complex events and projects.
If you have an excellent knowledge and technical understanding of the skills and technology required to deliver successful and safe events; possessing a good working knowledge of digital and AV solutions, including those required to host virtual events then we need you!

Working across a range of large pharmaceutical clients through to medical device companies and biotech start ups; they deliver everything from pre-clinical trial stage to post launch. THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have a proven background of account management, ideally gained from working within a medical communications agency, although other backgrounds will be considered. Strong knowledge and experience working within the pharmaceutical and healthcare field is a must as is the ability to work closely with internal teams and external suppliers. Line management experience is ideal but is not a pre-requisite.
