Amongst their production capabilities this events agency also offer video, digital and further design services to their well-established client base. Working with a mixture of end clients and agencies the events that they deliver are broad and range from small conferences to a full production of an awards ceremony for 2000 guests, to multi-location road shows and experiential events; working both in the UK and Internationally. THE ROLE  We are now looking for a Technical Production Manager to join the team to support the production team with the technical delivery of events. If you are an AV Technician looking to step up, this is the role for you!  Key responsibilities include: - Receiving and interpreting client briefs - Coordinating all technical aspects - Briefing onsite crew and freelancers - Budget management - Overseeing job prep internally - Preparing technical plans including CAD plans - Creating crewing and equipment lists - Conducting site visits  THE CANDIDATE The successful applicant will be supported in all elements of their role and training will be provided where necessary however you must have 2-3 years' experience within the events sector with a solid understanding of the AV disciplines (audio, lighting, video). In return, you will have the opportunity to work within a vibrant and social environment confirmed by the company's high staff retention rate.
