A broad role responsibilities include: •          Support delegate registration and guest management for a wide range of events, from small meetings to large international programmes•          Event administration and inbox management•          Proofread and quality-check communications to ensure accuracy and professionalism•          Help draft, update, and send guest communications •          Work with suppliers, clients, and colleagues in a friendly and professional way•          Research and identify new products, and suppliers to support projects•          Assist with event websites and apps (using systems like Cvent or similar)•          Contribute to project meetings and team discussions•          Look for ways to improve systems, processes, and the guest experience and share these with the team The Candidate To be considered for the Event Project Executive role, you must have strong administrative experience, ideally from a customer service focused environment.
