THE ROLEThey are now looking for a Head of Creative & Production to come on board and lead their creative delivery team. A broad role responsibilities include: Overseeing design and execution of creative conceptsWorking closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and improved efficiencies Overseeing creative and production delivery on larger projectsClient management at a strategic level including pitching as required Ensuring resource management and allocation for projectsSenior level stakeholder managementLine management and development of the team including identifying training needsEnsuring consistency across branding and messaging across projectsOnsite management when required THE CANDIDATECandidates must come with a solid and proven background of managing and developing teams as well as overseeing creative and production delivery on a range of events. You will have a strategic mindset with the ability to motivate and drive the team to deliver cohesively and efficiently.
