THE ROLE As a Crew Chief, the successful candidate will lead teams in the build, installation, and dismantling of high-end temporary structures. The role is hands-on, fast-paced, and physically demanding, requiring strong leadership, practical ability, and a passion for working outdoors. Experience in temporary structures, marquees, event rigging, or outdoor builds is advantageous, though candidates from other hands-on industries (construction, exhibitions, or technical events) are also encouraged to apply.
