The Role Due to continued growth of existing accounts and new business there is now an opportunity for a Technical Producer to come on board and take the lead on the technical delivery across a range of projects. Responsibilities include: Managing projects / technical production project areasBeing involved in the briefing process to determine key technical deliverables and advising of solutionsEnsuring seamless technical delivery across projectsCreation and management of production schedules and timelinesWorking closely with internal teams including briefing creativeSupplier selection and managementStakeholder managementEnsuring H&S across projectsBudget management including post event reconciliationOnsite management The Candidate To be considered for this Technical Producer role candidates must have a solid and proven background of technical delivery having worked across a range of complex projects gained either from working for a production agency or technical supply background. Strong client and stakeholder management is key and although candidates must have a broad technical understanding (lighting, AV, build) a solid and proven background of the delivery of projects and working collaboratively with teams in non-negotiable. Strong supplier management skills are essential and ideally candidates will have had experience working on projects internationally.
