A broad role, responsibilities include: Identifying, targeting and securing new business opportunities within the event production spaceDeveloping and strengthening existing client relationshipsIdentifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling of servicesMaking initial contact and progressing opportunitiesMaintain an up-to-date knowledge of sector trends, competitor activity, and innovationsCreating engaging proposalsPitching for and securing businessProvide regular reporting and sales forecasting to senior leadership   THE CANDIDATECandidates must come with a solid and proven background  of business development with figures in support of this. Ideally candidates should have exposure to working within the scenic build or creative services sector or for an event or production agency, although other backgrounds will be considered. Candidates must be able to develop relationships and be confident pitching for and securing business.
