THE ROLEReporting directly into the Head of Events, this is a hands-on role where the Senior Event Manager will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities will include:• Managing client relationships and taking detailed event briefs• Contributing to proposals, costings and client presentations• Creating and managing end-to-end delivery schedules• Ensuring brand guidelines and service standards are met• Conducting site visits and pre-event planning meetings• Briefing internal creative and design teams• Liaising with and negotiating with external suppliers, including production• Managing and reconciling budgets • Leading international onsite delivery and managing onsite teams• Development of more junior membersThis Senior Event Manager role offers real ownership, autonomy and the opportunity to work on varied and engaging international projects.
