THE ROLE
Due to continued business wins and the growth of key accounts there is now an opportunity for an experienced Event / Project Director to join their close-knit team and focus on the management and delivery of events across the board.

The ideal candidate must come from an event / production agency and have a proven background of managing and delivering large scale events (Expo's, Conferences, Product Launches etc), including managing client contact throughout. Candidates must have a solid understanding of production and be able to advise clients on this when taking a brief.

THE ROLE

The right candidate must have experience of delivering educational events from within either an association, charity or corporate environment. Ample experience of liaising with speakers will be necessary, as well as at least 6 months experience of managing virtual events.
Candidates will also need to be organised, have excellent communication skills and be used to managing multiple projects with certain timescales.

With a heavy focus on virtual and streaming events we are now seeking a client facing Project Manager to join this close-knit team and lead in project delivery.
THE ROLE
Working closely with the Head of Projects the role of Project Manager will lead in project delivery providing end-to-end management for events and projects all over the country. This will include the event management and production of a wide range of live events, from virtual and in- person conferences, seminars, roadshows, exhibitions and award ceremonies.
As the first point of client contact key duties include:

* Putting together proposals and pitching to client
* Liaising with internal teams - production, creative, digital etc.

* Managing the client relationship throughout
* Budget management
* On site management

The ideal candidate will be creative, organised and highly motivated to work as both a self-starter and as part of a larger team working on complex projects. Experience managing virtual and hybrid events and a good working knowledge of virtual meeting and events platforms is desirable.

THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have proven experience working on virtual events and have knowledge of online platforms - ideally you will have worked within the healthcare sector, however this is not mandatory. For the role, you will be reporting directly into the Event Director and have the ability to make key decision and progress within your role.
