With the virtual events they are delivering becoming more complex there is a need for an experienced IT Technician to take control of their internal IT, and the interaction between it and their virtual event platforms.
The role
As part of their close knit team you will be the go to person for all things IT related within the business. Completely cloud based there's a lot of large files (video, audio etc) moved about between departments, challenges around the uploading of these files to their platforms, a complex range of software being used and the usual office IT associated with a fast moving and cutting edge business.
In short it's abroad role where you will identify the best ways of working and be given the resources and responsibility for making that happen, including;
* Identify the best systems / processes for the business
* Develop their cloud based approach to internal IT
* Troubleshoot IT issues on an individual and company level
* Oversee large file transfers internally and to their virtual event platforms
* Help in the creation of microsites
The Candidate
Candidates should have experience working independently as an IT Technician, preferably within a smaller but fast-moving business. Experience of the events industry or virtual event platforms would be advantageous but not essential.

The role
As part of their close knit team you will be the go to person for all things technical for their virtual and hybrid events. It's a broad role working across many types of virtual projects that each have their own unique challenges. Responsibilities (amongst other things) include:
* Working out the best technical solution for each project
* Using platform knowledge to ensure seamless delivery
* Selecting and managing suppliers
* Specifying and sending out camera kits to remote presenters
* Advising presenters on how to setup and use the equipment
* Technical troubleshooting with presenters
* Ensure audio and video feeds run smoothly on the day
The Candidate
Candidates should have experience managing the technical delivery of virtual events. Multiple feeds, pre-recorded content and liaising with presenters will need to be a big part of your experience. THE ROLE
Due to continued growth and development of the business they are now looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to come on board and help develop relationships with prospective clients. A broad role responsibilities include:
* Working closely with the internal team to deliver the new sales strategy
* Planning, implementing and following up sales campaigns
* Maintaining engagement with warm prospects, and promoting the companies services
* Identifying new leads for the agency
* Booking meetings / calls / demos with prospects
* Working closely with the account management team to develop proposals, RFP and RFI responses
* Driving awareness campaigns of new services
* Generating and developing new relationships
* CRM database management
* Attending industry events
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have excellent client facing and account management skills ideally coupled with experience of working within the event sector. An understanding of how to build brand awareness within the event technology sector would be advantageous as would a background in lead generation and qualifying prospects. Experience of maintaining and updating CRM's is essential and any exposure to content creation for email campaigns would be useful.
Presentation skill would be an added benefit but more importantly candidates must have the drive and ambition to join this leading creative agency and help develop the business at this critical time!

Candidates must have proven experience working as a Medical Writer gained ideally from working for a medical communications agency. Candidates must be able to understand detailed medical and scientific information in various therapeutic areas as well as having a strong knowledge of industry guidelines (i.e. ABPI). Experience in writing medical content for digital assets (including websites, apps, animations and videos) for brand and medical education teams would be preferable as would experience of writing for the therapeutic areas of oncology or psychiatry. In addition candidates should be educated to degree level with a PhD/MSc and/or BSc in science.

THE ROLE

THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have proven experience working for a healthcare agency, ideally as an Account Manager or Senior Account Executive. Candidates must have a passion for building client relationships and be confident liaising directly with clients and managing projects through to delivery with a proven track record of this. Briefing and managing internal resource and the ability to manage and reconcile financials on projects is also essential. A solid understanding of the regulated healthcare environment, as well as an understanding of appropriate healthcare codes and compliance is also essential. Experience or a passion for oncology, HCP and patient engagement, educational experience or exposure to digital education experiences / e-learning would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. Any congress experience including satellite symposia would again be beneficial.
