They are continuously developing, investing and improving to keep themselves and their team at the forefront of the event industry.Join this well-established business in the North West for your opportunity to utilise your knowledge within this ‘one stop’ event service!THE ROLEThis role will see you working closely with SLTs to develop the Scenic department, whilst improving processes, line managing senior team members within the workshop and ensuring delivery of projects is to a high standard.Responsibilities will include: Leading and developing scenic team including line managementIdentifying and developing new business opportunities to help grow scenic departmentLiaising with project managers to collate set lists and pass on to the workshop teamManaging the preparation process of equipmentMaintaining high standards of health and safetyProviding input on construction design and material specification for custom scenic elementsResearching new materials, products & equipment and advise on investmentProvide training where required.
