With growth within the business there is now an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join their talented team. As a Project Manager you will be key to ensuring that projects are delivered to budget and within the allocated timeframe - you will work across projects including retail activations and interiors, pop up shops, window displays, POS and be-spoke projects.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Working alongside an Account Manager to understand a clients brief
- Managing projects from brief through to executions
- Managing projects through design, manufacturing and installation
- Producing project estimates and costing
- Maintaining project timeframes
- Working with internal design, production and workshop teams
- Sourcing, negotiating and managing external suppliers
- Overseeing build installation and launch stage
We are looking for candidates with candidates who have experience as a Project Manager within a retail design environment, either working for a retail design agency or a manufacturing company for the retail industry, It is important that you have the ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines, have an understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to cost projects and manage budgets as well as building both internal and external relationships.

PROJECT MANAGER - EXHIBITION DESIGN & BUILD

Our client is now looking for a Project Manager to join their exhibition custom build team in their Birmingham based office. This role will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of each custom build project.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Taking the initial client brief
- End to end project management
- Working closely with in-house teams including creative, design and build
- Briefing and managing external suppliers and stakeholders
- Managing operating plans including project schedules and design elements
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
- Managing budgets and overseeing cost management
- On-site project management, including overseeing stand installation and break down
- Delivering multiple projects simultaneously
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of managing and delivering exhibition projects. Ideally we are looking for candidates who are currently working in either an exhibition design agency or an event agency delivering exhibition projects however candidates from other project management backgrounds may be considered. Knowledge of build materials, an understanding of CAD software and an IOSH certificate would be beneficial but are not essential. Most importantly we are looking for an ambitious individual with a willingness to learn and develop within this fantastic organisation!
