    THE ROLE

    There is now a unique opportunity for a Resource Manager to join their team where you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of internal and external resource, maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of resourcing live projects and to build a strong pool of freelancers.

    Working closely with the team, the Resource Manager will:

    Resource plan in line with new business wins

    Build a bank of freelance support

    Manage workload and scheduling of event, production and creative teams

    Actively manage the internal resource for the production team ensuring jobs are allocated correctly and in line with capacity and client's needs

    Develop and agree processes for project quotation, business review and quality assurance

    Find ways to improve and refine internal process

    Promote the company both internally and externally

    Reporting to the company board on the business achievements

    THE CANDIDATE

    The ideal candidate should have experience within the events industry, either from an event or production agency with specific emphasis on the scheduling and the management of resources.

    This role would suit a Producer or Event Manager who understands the agency environment and is now keen to move into a senior but more office based role where there would be minimal travel involved.
