    Due to company growth, there is now an opportunity for a client facing Event Project Coordinator to join the dynamic and supportive team where you will be involved in bringing client's ideas to life.

    A varied role, the Event Project Coordinator will work with the client from their initial AV hire enquiry through to the day of their event, including:

    • Taking briefs and interpreting clients event expectations
    • Client liaison and support
    • Budget management and quotes
    • Managing crew logistics including travel and accommodation
    • Upselling of equipment and internal departments
    • Booking equipment
    • Working with in-house teams to coordinate jobs
    • Ad-hoc administration duties

    The ideal candidate will have experience working within a technical production or AV business in an Event Coordinator or Junior Project Manager position.

    The Company
    Having gone from strength to strength this highly regarded technical production business are now the go to people for all things streamed / broadcast for virtual and hybrid events.
    If it's big budget, multi-location global video streams with high production values this is the team you call.

    With more and more agencies coming to them to deliver all of the video production for their hybrid and virtual events they are growing again, and there is now the opportunity for a Senior AV Technician or Project Manager to join their team.

    They are experts in video production, but not only that they have developed their own system for delivering high quality video through a cloud based system, eliminating the streaming up / down risks and providing a rock steady centralised cloud location where all of the usual (vision mixing, show calling, GX etc) experts can work together seamlessly

    The role
    Working in a close knit team this role brings together both video and audio knowledge from live events, be that camera specification / operation and data mixing through the setup of audio. It's a broad role, you might be on site, in a recording studio or liaising with presenters to help them set up and test webcams / microphones etc - basically anything that helps with the smooth technical running of video streams for hybrid / streamed events.

    The Candidate
    Candidates should have experience working within a technical production / AV business as a Senior Technician or Project Manager. Strong knowledge of video / data mixing systems is a must, as well as good knowledge of audio within a live environment. Combined with the technical knowledge must be a comfort of liaising with clients / presenters as a big part of this role is client facing.

Having always had virtual capabilities they have now developed this offering further having a number of their own in-house studios to produce both virtual and hybrid events! By being so well established in the market, they have developed long lasting relationships with a range of fantastic clients.

    Due to increasing enquires coming in, both from new and existing clients they are now looking for an experienced Content Producer to come on board and help deliver a range of virtual and hybrid events!

    Joining part of an established and experienced team you will be involved right from the start of projects with responsibilities including

    * Taking and interpreting client briefs
    * Understanding the messaging and objectives
    * Developing creative proposals that bring fresh and innovative ideas to content and engagement
    * Client management and communication
    * Overseeing all elements of delivery and working closely with internal teams
    * Management of pre-production scheduling, timelines, running orders etc.
    * Budget management
    * Onsite management / facilitating virtual events

    Candidates must have a proven background of working as a Producer within a live event, production or communication agency and be confident managing the full process from taking and interpreting briefs through to full delivery. Candidates must have a strong background of creating engaging content and advising on the messaging for events - this is key! Experience of running virtual events would be an advantage but is not essential as training can be given. More importantly is that candidates have a strong understanding of engagement and messaging with events!
