THE ROLE
Having converted all of their events to a virtual / hybrid format, and seen their attendance grow dramatically, they are now looking for an Event Coordinator to come on board and join their close knit team, initially delivering virtual events but then moving to fully live events in the second half of 2021.
This is a broad role with wide ranging responsibilities, including;
* Managing event timelines
* Supplier selection and management
* Preparing invitations
* Speaker liaison
* Booking flights / accommodation
* Budget management and reconciliation
* On site management
* Monitoring and evaluating event performance
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have experience delivering conferences from within either an association or corporate environment, preferably with some virtual / hybrid experience.
Candidates will also need to be organised, have excellent communication skills and be used to managing multiple projects independently.

The Agency

The role
As part of their close knit team you will be the go to person for all things IT related within the business. Completely cloud based there's a lot of large files (video, audio etc) moved about between departments, challenges around the uploading of these files to their platforms, a complex range of software being used and the usual office IT associated with a fast moving and cutting edge business.
In short it's abroad role where you will identify the best ways of working and be given the resources and responsibility for making that happen, including;
* Identify the best systems / processes for the business
* Develop their cloud based approach to internal IT
* Troubleshoot IT issues on an individual and company level
* Oversee large file transfers internally and to their virtual event platforms
* Help in the creation of microsites
The Candidate
Candidates should have experience working independently as an IT Technician, preferably within a smaller but fast-moving business. Experience of the events industry or virtual event platforms would be advantageous but not essential.

THE ROLE
