The Role
Due to continued business growth and demand there is now a need for a Business Development Manager to come on board and help drive forward the sale of the versatile space! A broad role, responsibilities include:
The Candidate
The ideal Business Development Manager candidate will come with a proven background of strengthening and developing relationships within the MICE sector (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions). A commercial mindset is key and ideally candidates will have worked as a Business Development Manager / Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager previously. Venue or hotel backgrounds would be ideal but other backgrounds will be considered provided candidates are able to demonstrate the ability to identify opportunities and develop business. Strong stakeholder management (both internal and external) is essential.

THE ROLE
The Sales Manager will be responsible for growing revenues across the business’ expanding portfolio of events, by both bringing in new clients and deepening the relationships with existing clients. The Sales Manager will focus on accounts based across Europe, with the opportunity to sell throughout the entire global events portfolio.
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates should have similar sales experience gained from working within a commercial event organiser at a senior level. Candidates must have a proven background of B2B sales and/or account management. You must be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of hitting targets consistently!
