RMG14807 - Exciting senior level role within an award-winning marketing agency based in Manchester. We are looking for an Account Director to head up a number of key accounts within this exciting fully integrated agency.

They work with a wide range of well-known consumer brand across the FMCG, retail and telecoms sectors - delivering both national and international campaigns.

THE ROLE

Due to growth within agency they are now looking for an Account Director to join their client services team and play a lead role across some key account within the agency. You will head up a number of your own accounts as well as support in the new business pitches.

As an Account Director you will be responsible for:

*Playing a leading figure within the client services team and wider agency
*Taking, interpreting and challenging the clients brief
*Planning and implementing marketing strategy
*Building, nurturing and growing strong client relationships
*Organically growing accounts and seeking new opportunities
*Developing a deep understanding of the clients business and needs
*Managing full account commercials
*Briefing and managing a team


THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for talented Account Directors who come from an agency environment where you have been involved in developing strategy across the full marketing mix.

It is important that you have the ability to lead the team but also to manage key client, nurture and grow relationships as well as seeking out new business opportunities.
