THE ROLE

Due to an increase in business both from existing accounts and additional wins they are now looking for a Senior Account Manager to take the lead one of their main accounts and ensure operational success.

Responsibilities include:

*Account management including building and developing relationships
*Proposal creation and pitch
*Being responsible for venue selection (including site visits)
*Creating, planning and delivering large-scale live events across the year with a range of clients
*Full logistics including delegate management
*Liaising with internal teams
*Supplier management and negotiation to ensure the profitability of events
*Stakeholder management
*Supporting the development of the account team alongside the Head of Events
*Multi currency budget management and reconciliation
*Onsite management

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must come from an agency background and have proven operational experience, having delivered a broad range of events from end to end, with particular strengths in budget management and reconciliation. Candidates must have a strong background in UK and international MICE destinations and venues and along with previous experience of managing luxury brands. Candidates must be commercially aware and client facing and have proven experience of maintaining and developing client relationships
