THE COMPANY

Our client is a fully integrated live communications and experiential agency! With a growing reputation and real buzz in the agency this team is going from strength to strength - working for some of the world's biggest brands across a huge variety of large scale experiential projects.

The events are highly creative, big budget, high profile and expertly delivered by their experienced in-house team that covers creative, production and design.

THE ROLE

Due to their growth and success, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an event Account Executive to come on board. You will be the key point of contact for the team, ensuring excellent client service and communication for the accounts!

Responsibilities will include:

Supporting on project briefs
Working alongside Account Managers/Directors
Liaising with internal departments
Organising internal meetings
Create presentations and documentation
Booking travel and accommodation
Assist with budget management
On-site support when required

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have high levels of IT proficiency and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Candidates must be organised and have a strong communication and administrational skills. You must also have a full UK driving licence.
