THE ROLE

With continued success and growth this agency is now looking for an Account Manager to join their team and work on one of the agencies largest accounts! Working with a well-known brand within the fashion and retail space you will be involved in a range of projects including retail design and marketing, branding, POS, digital, social, customer experience and strategy.

As an Account Manager you will be very client facing, attending meetings at the client's office as well as supporting on business pitches. You will be responsible for ensuring that the campaigns across this busy account are delivered on time, within budget and to client's needs and expectations.

Key responsibilities as an Account Manager include;
*Managing and developing client relationships
*Key point of contact for clients
*Briefing and managing internal teams (including creative and digital )
*Liaising closely with department heads
*Overseeing the delivery of multiple integrated campaigns
*Mentoring and guiding an Account Executive
*Supporting on

THE PERSON

We are looking for an Account Manager who is familiar with managing and developing client relationships and has the confidence to attend client meetings and support on presentations. You would ideally have come from an agency environment were you are working on a well-known brand name, and any retail or shopper experience is advantageous.
