RMG15371 - This is an Account Manager role within a leading, multi-award winning creative agency that specialises in the retail industry!

THE AGENCY

This is a well-established, award-winning and highly reputable creative agency based Leicestershire that specialise in the retail industry. From their start over 25 years ago they have grown to become of the best retail design and build agencies in the country!

They work across a range of creative 2D and 3D projects from retail experiences, retail design, branding, graphics, display, POS, POP, shop in shops and units - offering permanent and semi-permanent solutions. Boosting an impressive client list this is an opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands and retailers out there across food & drink, cosmetics and electronics!

THE ROLE

Due to business growth, they are now looking for an Account Manager to join their team. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing your own client portfolio, building and developing the relationship and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, to budget and to client's needs and expectations.

Key responsibilities as an Account Manager includes;

  • Maintaining and developing strong client relationships at all levels

  • Managing a number of key client accounts and taking briefs from clients

  • Organically growing existing accounts and seeking new opportunities

  • Supporting on business pitches

  • Producing cost estimates and project timescales

  • Briefing internal creative and manufacturing teams

  • Providing clients with regular contact and status reports

  • Delegating tasks to junior members within the team

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for Account Managers that have proven experience in managing client accounts, developing and growing relationships as well as proven track record of project success. It would be advantageous if you come from a retail / POS / POP background however we will consider candidates from integrated marketing agencies.

It is important that you are a natural people person, are a good communicator and have a pro-active approach to work.
