THE ROLE
With established client relationships as well as new business wins this marketing agency are looking for an Account Manager to join their team. This is a role where no two days will be the same - you will work across a number of client accounts and will be involved in a range of shopper and retail marketing campaigns - strategy, branding, POS, digital, social, customer experience, sponsorship and events.
As an Account Manager you will be very client facing, build client and stakeholder relationship and supporting on business pitches. You will be responsible for ensuring that the campaigns across this busy account are delivered on time, within budget and to client's needs and expectations.
Key responsibilities as an Account Manager include;
*Managing and developing client relationships
*Key point of contact for clients
*Briefing and managing internal teams (including creative and digital )
*Liaising closely with department heads
*Overseeing the delivery of multiple integrated campaigns from brief to delivery
*Mentoring and guiding Account Executives
*Supporting on business pitches and proposals
THE PERSON
We are looking for an Account Manager who is familiar with managing and developing client relationships and has the confidence to attend client meetings and support on presentations. You would ideally have come from an agency environment were you are working on a well-known brand name, and any retail or shopper experience is advantageous.
