This very well-established AV Agency are looking to recruit a new Audio Visual manager to their close knit family run business.

They are a specialist in their field, providing expert technical Production services to clients ranging from venues, creative agencies, corporate clients and exhibitions across the UK. Their close-knit team and unique culture is at the heart of their business, you must be a team player for this role, as everyone works collaboratively.

The Role

As an Audio-Visual Manager, you will supervise all AV technicians, trainees, and apprentices, ensuring top-notch service and performance of audio-visual equipment for our corporate clients.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with office managers on AV projects, attend briefing and debriefing meetings, and serve as the primary point of contact for all audio-visual needs and event planning.

Due to the structure of the business, you will need to be flexible in your approach to work as it will be a very hands-on role for someone who likes to get stuck in.

• Taking ownership of projects from the enquiry through to planning
• Client liaison and support
• To plan for the provision of all AV needs at events
• Assessing AV equipment prior to event delivery
• Operational management and stock control
• Onsite technical event delivery alongside team of technicians
• Budget management and quotes
• Upselling of equipment and internal departments
• Booking equipment
• Working with in-house teams
