The Company

This organisation has been going for over 2 decades and boast an impressive client base that consists of broadcast companies, theatrical producers, event organisers and major music record labels. Driven by a team of worldly sound engineers, designers and logisticians, with extensive experience from working on the road and in the studio, the company has grown with the industry over the last 20 years, building up a deep understanding of the needs of producers, performers and technicians in all fields of entertainment and live events.

Their equipment base includes the latest digital consoles, speaker systems, microphones, radios, communications systems and accessories available to the professional market and they are constantly investing to make sure they are up to date with their clients’ requirements.

The Role

This organisation is now looking for an experienced and highly motivated Manager to run the equipment output of the busy warehouse.

Duties will include:

•                     Prep and de-prep of rental equipment

•                     Organisation of the warehouse environment

•                     Management of the warehouse assistant team

•                     Liaising with production engineers and logistics department to ensure on time delivery

•                     Oversee equipment maintenance

•                     Working to tight deadlines and timescales

•                     Strong understanding of audio visual equipment

The Candidate

This is an amazing opportunity for a well organised candidate who is wants to join a busy warehouse team. You will need to have a good working knowledge of the live audio environment and experience in equipment and team management. If you have a strong understanding of correct presentation of equipment and vehicle loading techniques, partnered with enthusiasm, energy & a ‘Can do’ attitude then this is the role for you.
