Due to their on-going expansion, there is now an opportunity for a Hire Desk Coordinator to join their close knit and supportive team. A hybrid role, the ideal candidate will work with the client from their initial AV Hire enquiry through to the day of their event.
*Taking and interpreting clients event expectations
*Translating the technical jargon into language that they will understand
*Managing crew logistics including travel and accommodation
*Upselling of equipment and internal departments
*Booking equipment from external suppliers
*Working with in-house teams to coordinator jobs
*Ad-hoc administration duties
This role would be ideal for an AV Technician or Hire Desk Coordinator with delivery experience looking to take that next step and progress their career in this technical production company.
